REALLY? I HATE THE HAMPTONS.

I stumbled across this pearl while walking down Greenwich Street on my lunch break today. I think it might be among my favorite pieces of graffiti art I've seen.

You don’t know how the rest of the market views the asking price, or what price other buyers are considering, and even if you’ve done your homework there could be a difference.
